What room prices do you offer?
You can choose between:
Best price & condition: Overnight without breakfast and with the best cancellation condition.
Overnight with breakfast: Overnight with breakfast and with the best cancellation condition.
Early bird: Book early and save 10 percent. Requires booking seven days before arrival. The total amount is debited from your credit card at the time of booking; the booking cannot be cancelled or changed.
Stay 3 consecutive nights & save 20 percent: The total amount is debited from your credit card at the time of booking; the booking cannot be cancelled or changed.

Do you offer free WLAN?
WLAN is for free - everywhere in the hotel.
At what time do you serve breakfast and how much is it?
Mondays – Fridays 6.30 a. m. – 10.30 a. m.
Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays 7 a. m. – 11 a. m.
Food allergies or alternative diets can be considered if mentioned beforehand.
If you have booked a room without breakfast or want to invite another person for breakfast, we charge 15.90 EUR per person.
What is the earliest time to move into my room and at what time do I have to check out?
You can move into your room after 3 o’clock p. m. on the day of your arrival.
Please check out until 11 o’clock a. m. on the day of your departure.
Do you offer parking spaces?
We do not have own parking spaces available. You can find parking lots requiring fees all around the hotel or at our sister hotel Alexander Plaza (15.00 EUR per car and day).
How do I reach the hotel with public transport and how much are the tickets?

What do I need to know if I wish to depart later?
It is possible to stay in your room longer than usual, but only after consultation with our receptionists. Please note that additional costs arise:
20.00 EUR extra charge per rooms if you stay until 1 p. m. If you depart between 1 p. m. and 4 p. m., there is an extra charge of 50.00 EUR per room.
If you wish to stay longer than 4 p. m., you will be charged with the full amount of a further night.
Can I put down my suitcase?
Yes, it is possible to put down your luggage for free.
How long is the reception area staffed?
The reception area is open 24 hours a day.
Which tickets do you sell?
We have various BVG tickets (Berlin public transport), event tickets and sightseeing tickets available for you.
Do you allow pets?
We welcome dogs and small pets after consultation with our receptionists. We charge extra 15.00 EUR for a single final cleaning.
Are there restaurants nearby?
Hackescher Markt, Oranienburger Straße and Rosenthaler Straße offer various restaurants with different cuisines. If you wish, we gladly help you with the choice of a suitable restaurant and table reservations.
Does the hotel offer sauna and massages?
No, but we can offer you relaxation deals in our sister hotel Alexander Plaza. If you wish, we book massages or sauna for you. Please contact us at the reception.
Which shops are in the near of the hotel?
There are lots of shops around the hotel in Rosenthaler Straße and Oranienburger Straße: drugstores, supermarkets, designer stores, cafés, bars, restaurants and pharmacies.
